The agreement between you and BRNGTHAT when you use the site or place an order.

The service
- BRNGTHAT is a local delivery marketplace operating in a defined White Plains, New York micro-zone. Availability depends on active driver capacity and can change during the day.
- BRNGTHAT does not prepare food. Merchants are independent businesses responsible for their menus, pricing, preparation and food safety.
Orders and payment
- When you place an order your payment method is authorized. Funds are captured after the merchant accepts. If the merchant does not accept within its acceptance window, the order is cancelled and the authorization is released.
- Order minimums, delivery and service fees, taxes and optional tips are shown before you confirm.
Your responsibilities
- Provide an accurate delivery address, a reachable phone number and lawful instructions.
- Be available to receive the delivery within the estimated window.
Limitations
- Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse promotions, refunds or drivers.
