Driver Terms
Terms for independent delivery drivers on the BRNGTHAT platform.
Last updated October 2026. This document is a working draft prepared for BRNGTHAT’s launch review. It must be reviewed and finalized by a licensed attorney before launch.
Eligibility
- You must be legally able to work, meet minimum age requirements, hold a valid license and insurance where required for your vehicle type, and pass an identity and background screening performed by our screening provider.
- BRNGTHAT does not collect Social Security numbers or screening documents through ordinary web forms; screening is completed with the provider directly.
Offers and delivery
- Offers are ranked by distance, estimated prep time, delivery distance, your current active orders, route compatibility and reliability. You may accept or decline any offer.
- Accepting an offer means completing the pickup and delivery, following the customer's instructions and handling food safely.
Pay
- You receive a base payout per delivery, plus 100% of customer tips. Payout rules are shown in your driver dashboard.
Status
- Driver accounts can be pending, approved, paused or suspended. Repeated cancellations, safety issues or fraud can result in suspension.
