Merchant Terms
Terms for restaurants and food businesses partnering with BRNGTHAT.
Last updated October 2026. This document is a working draft prepared for BRNGTHAT’s launch review. It must be reviewed and finalized by a licensed attorney before launch.
Onboarding and approval
- Applications move through draft, submitted, under review, approved and live. A store is only orderable when approved, live, unpaused and carrying at least one available item.
- Payout and tax onboarding is completed with our payment provider directly. BRNGTHAT does not collect bank account or tax identification numbers through ordinary web forms.
Menu content
- You must own or be authorized to use all menu text, prices and images you upload or import. You confirm this authorization before imported content can go live.
- BRNGTHAT does not copy menu content, descriptions or photography from other marketplaces.
Orders and acceptance
- You must accept or reject each order within your configured acceptance window (default 90 seconds). Unanswered orders are cancelled automatically and the customer authorization is released.
- You control prep times, item availability and store pause status, and you agree to keep them current.
Commission and payouts
- In BRNGTHAT's current model, the BRNGTHAT driver purchases the order from you at your price. BRNGTHAT's customer-facing markup and fees are separate.
- Payouts are made on the schedule configured with the payout provider.
