How BRNGTHAT collects, uses and shares the information you give us when you order, partner or drive.
Last updated October 2026. This document is a working draft prepared for BRNGTHAT’s launch review. It must be reviewed and finalized by a licensed attorney before launch.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, phone number and password credentials.
- Delivery information: the addresses you enter, delivery instructions and order contents.
- Order and payment information: order history, amounts, tips and promo codes used. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by BRNGTHAT.
- Device and usage information: pages viewed and actions taken in the app, used to diagnose failures.
How we use information
- To check whether your address is inside the active delivery zone.
- To send your order to the merchant and dispatch a driver.
- To provide customer support, process refunds and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To send order status notifications. Marketing messages, if any, will be separately opt-in.
Sharing
- Merchants receive the order contents and the first name and phone number needed to fulfil it.
- Drivers receive the delivery address, contact phone and delivery instructions for an active delivery only.
- Service providers (payments, payouts, identity verification, mapping, messaging) receive only what they need to perform their function.
- We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
- You can view and update your saved addresses and account details at any time.
- You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting support.
