Restaurant pricing for new contracts — applies after you accept the merchant terms

12% standard commission on actual food subtotal only. Qualifying server-verified restaurant QR/referral orders: 10%. Eligible founding restaurants: 10% for the first 90 days after activation, then 12% on BRNGTHAT-sourced orders; qualifying restaurant-sourced orders stay 10%. No signup or monthly fees.

Taxes, tips and customer fees are excluded. Minimum commission 10%; no stacking or retroactive changes. Founding eligibility is agreed before signature; signup does not start the 90 days. These rates apply under the current merchant terms (version ny-merchant-terms-2026-10-24-v2), once your authorized signer accepts them. Customer fee $4.99 combined, food minimum $20, maximum 3 miles. Ordering is not live. Earlier versions and acceptances remain unchanged.

Merchant-funded selected free items, bundles or first-order deals are optional and require explicit approval, stock, spend threshold, exclusions and dates. No offers are live or automatically applied.

A verified account protects your private menu and lets you save and resume. No bank or tax details are collected here.

From submission to approval

  1. 1. Supply your packet. Address, owner contact, hours, menu PDF/photos/CSV or reference link, and signed listing permission.
  2. 2. Prepare a private draft. CSV menus parse automatically. PDFs/photos go to the private team queue marked needs processing for transcription; links are references only. You do not need to retype every menu item.
  3. 3. Review accuracy. Confirm the exact menu, prices and hours through your verified account. Missing facts stay flagged.
  4. 4. Complete secure payout setup. Identity, tax and bank details go to Stripe’s hosted onboarding when available, never a BRNGTHAT form.
  5. 5. Final owner approval. Listing permission, payout setup, order notifications, dispatch and all launch gates must pass before activation. No activation time is promised.
